A missing Milbridge woman has been located and is safe, officials said Friday.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office announced it was looking for the 41-year-old in a social media post on Thursday.
She had been last seen in Ellsworth, the sheriff’s office said, and her last known contact with anyone was made via text message Wednesday.
On Friday, the sheriff’s office announced that she had been found safe.
