Robert Glenn Crosen III

STANDISH – Robert Glenn Crosen III “Glenn” passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and daughters on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025. Born in 1958, he grew up in Cumberland, the son of Robert Glenn Crosen, Jr. and Joyce Hancock Crosen.

To everyone who had the great fortune to know him, Glenn was a kind and gentle soul with the innate ability and brain power to tackle any problem that came his way. A self-taught expert in the field of information and technology, in his 47-year career, Glenn was an invaluable asset and beloved mentor to his teams at Ricoh. He was an eternal optimist, with a depth of wisdom that few can tap into as he did with ease.

He was a wonderful friend, a patient and encouraging mentor, a caring husband, and the best girl dad. He had his father’s sincere blue eyes, his mother’s sweet smile, and a quick wit with a dad joke always at the ready. He was a kid at heart, and found it easy to share that joy and bring out the best in everyone whose lives he touched.

Glenn will be deeply missed by his wife, Nancy Crosen; daughters Kelsey Osborne (Thomas) of Allentown, Pa., Megan Hallosen (Patrick) of Redding, Conn., Molly Stanley (Brian/Stan) of Oxford; granddaughters Fiona, Maeve, and Penelope; sister, Jane Crosen Washburn (Richard) of Penobscot; extended family, friends, and colleagues.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home.
