Peggy Sue Nelsen
SCARBOROUGH – Peggy Sue Nelsen, 49, of Scarborough, passed away peacefully on Oct. 5, 2025 surrounded by her family.
Born on Jan. 9, 1976, in Portland, Peggy graduated from Scarborough High School and remained a lifelong resident of the area. She shared her life with her fiancé, John Patenaude, and was a devoted mother to her children, Ashley and Zackary.
Peggy was predeceased by her stepdaughter, Shawnia, and her grandparents. She is survived by her parents, Gloria and Walter I Nelsen Jr; her brother, Walter I Nelsen III; and her beloved dogs, Mike and Molly.
