MECHANIC FALLS – Patrick Joseph Lakin, 56, passed away on September 23, 2025, in Mechanic Falls. Visiting hours will be held from 10 am – 1 pm on Monday, October 6, 2025 at Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St. Portland, where a Funeral will follow at 130 pm.
