Kim Michael Oliver
SCARBOROUGH – Kim Michael Oliver, 73, of Scarborough, passed away on Sept. 18, 2025 from pancreatic cancer with his wife by his side.

After college, he worked at his family business, Oliver Vending & Music Systems, Inc. for 10 years. In 1985 he was employed at Marriott In-Flite Services at Logan International Airport in Boston, Mass. as an assistant manager, Eastern Airlines account manager, transportation manager, and administration manager. In 2000, Kim became the business manager for Agency 1 Real Estate in Scarborough until the company was sold in 2010. He then became a rental property manager for Maine Properties retiring in 2015.
Kim enjoyed spending time with family, golfing and hiking with friends Joe, Malcolm, Steve, and Bill. He also was close with his longtime friends Charlotte and Jon Kelley. Most Friday’s he would play Scrabble with his and Lynn’s friend, Betsy Maxwell.
Kim was predeceased by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lynn (Norton) Oliver; his brothers Donald S. (Betsey) Oliver, Brian (Bonnie) Oliver, and Peter (Melissa) Oliver, his sister, Dr. Melissa Hudson; his daughters Heather Fox and Jessica Lee, his sons Jordan (Erica) Lee, Tyler (Cerie Alwyn) Oliver, and Nathan Oliver; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Kathleen Coffin, brother-in-law, Kerry Norton. He would go to his grandchildren’s sporting games to see Jade Fox, Calvin Fox, Job Fox, Haden Fox, and London Lee play. He took London to school two days a week (he would say he was her bus driver). He also was a great-grandfather to Priscilla MacGillivray, Marley MacGillivray, and Jameson Damon-Fox. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. He was truly loved.
Lynn wants to thank all the hospice team that came to the house, along with the Gosnell team that helped take care of him on the last days of his journey.
Per his request, there won’t be any services.
