Priscilla D. Lachance
TOPSHAM – Priscilla D. Lachance passed away peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2025, having been visited by many in her family in the days preceding her death.
Born on Jan. 4, 1940, in Brunswick, Priscilla spent many years in the 1970s as a secretary at Brunswick Maine Hardware and later as a new accounts representative at Five County Credit Union until her retirement. Prior to her time at Five County she served as the head kitchen’s manager at Western Area Agency on Aging.
Priscilla was predeceased by her high school sweetheart and husband, Laurier “Larry” Lachance; daughter, Linna P. Michaud, of Topsham; and her parents, both of Brunswick.
She is survived by her son, Lorian and his wife Simone Lachance of Brunswick, her daughter, Lisa and her husband Marc Dube of Bowdoin, and her daughter, Lottie Britton of Richmond. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jason and Julie, Michelle and Melissa, Evon and Elton, and Samuel and Elia; and great-grandchildren Lily, Wesley, and Mason. She is additionally survived by her siblings; many nieces, nephews; great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family is deeply grateful for the care and companionship of the staff of Elm Street Assisted Living in Topsham for all they did for her.
Priscilla’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Sept. 22, at St. John the Baptist Church, 39 Pleasant St., Brunswick at 11 a.m. Interment will be immediately following at 1 p.m., Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Rd., Augusta.
Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Stetson’s Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 12 Federal St., Brunswick.
