Priscilla “Pat” Pelletier

PORT ORANGE, Fla. – Priscilla “Pat” Pelletier, 83, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, Palm Coast. She was residing at The Gallery at Port Orange.

Born in Auburn, Maine, to Richard and Martha Nolin Vincent, Pat resided in Greater Portland, Maine until moving to New Smyrna Beach, Fla., to enjoy her retirement.

Trained as a nurse, Pat became a retail business owner in Maine’s Old Port, running Necessities Etcetera, a beloved gift and toy store. She later went on to run a successful toy sales company in New England. She was an avid bridge player, and enjoyed travelling and socializing.

Survivors include her children Michael P. Pelletier of Houston, Texas (wife Sujatha and sons Aniketan and Ethan), Cathy Pelletier of Portland, Maine (daughter Caitlin Shallow, her partner Alex Catrett and their daughter Avery), and Marc Pelletier of New Smyrna Beach (and daughter Cayla); her sister Suzanne Welkner and niece, Danielle Welkner of Orlando Fla.; and her sister-in-law Linda Vincent (sons Christopher and Jacob and their families). She was preceded in death by her husband Maurice Pelletier; her brother Paul Vincent; and her grandson, Graham Shallow.
