Bruce Carlton Turner
SCARBOROUGH – Bruce Carlton Turner, 81, of Scarborough, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025, at his residence.
Bruce graduated from Scarborough High School, Class of 1963.
Bruce was the best of the best. He was a very devoted, loving and caring husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many.
Bruce absolutely loved the sea, lobstering and fishing. He was definitely a legend in the Pine Point community. He also loved the woods and hunting. He has been on several moose hunts with his family and friends.
Bruce enjoyed his family most of all and held them and his friends very close to his heart. He also truly enjoyed life itself. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, Dorothea Geneva (Skillings) Turner and Vance Augustus Turner, and brother, Vance Brent Turner.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Barbara (Burnham) Turner; sister, Donna (Turner) Thibeau; son, Gregory Turner and his wife Debbie Turner, daughter, Dorothea (Turner) Boynton and her husband Mark Boynton; five grandchildren, Travis Turner, Sarah (Boynton) Chadbourne; Tyler Turner, Jeffrey Boynton, Megan (Turner) Fedorczyk; nine great grandchildren, Tucker Turner, Evelyn-Joan Turner, Memphis Jean Turner, Jamerson Fedorczyk, Trent Turner, Tripp Turner, Finn Fedorczyk, Lillian Turner Chadbourne, Gideon Bruce Richard Turner.
