Carole Lynn Lovely

BIDDEFORD – Carole Lynn Lovely, 88, died peacefully on July 18, 2025, and is now with her Lord whom she dearly loved. Carole was born on March 15, 1937, and was a surprise to her parents who thought they were done with raising kids! She grew up in the Caribou area on her father’s potato farm and spoke fondly of her childhood. Carole attained her doctorate in education and taught in several school systems in Maine and Massachusetts throughout her life. Carole loved traveling and was able to combine her interests of education and travel when she spent three summers teaching English at Taiwan University. Carole very much enjoyed her life, her daughter Kim, her home and her gardens. She was a beautiful and talented person. Carole was a wonderful friend to all and had much compassion for animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her last name of Lovely, truly described her. Carole was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Kim, for whom she devoted much time, energy and love. She was also predeceased by multiple family members. Services will be private, and interment will be at the family plot in Fort Fairfield.
