Brenda Joyce Low
LYMAN – Brenda Joyce Low of Lyman, 75, passed away on July 26, 2025 in Biddeford. The daughter of Arthur Johnson and Joyce (Semple) Johnson, she was born in Boston on April 25, 1950. She grew up in Portland, and graduated from Deering High School.
She worked at Benoit’s in Portland and later as a bank teller. Brenda enjoyed camping in the White Mountains, serving as a den mother in the cub scouts, and spending time with family and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Ralph Low. She is survived by her sister Bonnie Ramos and her husband Ed of South Carolina, her son Jefferson Noyes and fiancé Patricia Powers, cousins Bethany Garland, Greg Semple, Jim and Glen Semple, and nieces and nephews Denyse Jones, David Walton, Veronica Beaulieu, Melissa Connone, Eduardo Ramos, and many other friends and family members.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service on Friday August 1, at 1 p.m., at Evergreen Cemetery 672 Stevens Avenue Portland.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Jones, Rich and Barnes in Portland.
