OAKLAND, Calif. – Sylvia went to the Lord in the comfort of her own home in Oakland, Calif. with her husband, Larry, at her side on Jan. 17, 2025, after five years of progressive dementia and inoperable cancer.
Sylvia will be buried at Calvary Cemetery in South Portland within reach of her daughter Cindy’s grave. There will be a small graveside service followed by a brief celebration of life at the Best Western Merry Manor for any family or friends wishing to pay their respects on July 25, at 11:30 a.m.
