Phillip Lance Reidy
BRUNSWICK – Phillip Lance Reidy,76, passed away at home on July 4, 2025, after a time of declining health.
Lance was born May 11, 1949, in Melrose, Mass. He is the son of the late Phillip A. and Glennis G. (Seavey) Reidy. He has been a resident of Brunswick for many years and previously resided in Harpswell with his brother Ken. He grew up in Lynnfield, Mass. where he graduated from Lynnfield High School. Lance went on to further his education graduating from U Mass Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in English.
Lance did many different jobs over the years.
He will be remembered as a great brother and friend who enjoyed people. He loved studying religion, reading, going to Church and spending time with his family and friends. He was a longtime loyal parishioner at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
He is survived by his brother Kenneth B. Reidy, his sister Verna Sue Reidy, as well as many friends.
Lance’s Mass of Christian Bural will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 132 McKeen Street, Brunswick, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Brunswick. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Stetson’s Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 12 Federal Street, Brunswick, Maine.
