LB. Mini-Mart, a new health-focused convenience brand from all-day café LB. Kitchen, has announced two new locations it plans to open in Portland.

One new location is slated to open this fall at 235 Vaughan St. in the city’s West End.

The second location is planned to open in 2026 at 251 Congress St., next door — and connected to — the flagship LB. Kitchen at the foot of Munjoy Hill. LB. Kitchen already has a small version of mini-mart offerings in its main café, but that space will be converted to extra seating. The new spaces will offer grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, snacks and more.

LB. Mini-Mart’s first location opened in March at Rock Row in Westbrook.

“We’re thrilled to bring LB. Mini-Mart to more corners of Portland,” LB. Co-founder and Chef Lee Farrington is quoted as saying in a press release. “These new locations are a reflection of the growing demand for healthy, accessible food and the continued evolution of our mission to support everyday wellness in our community.”
