Frank “Duke” Swanson
WINDHAM – Frank “Duke” Swanson died on June 26, 2025, after a long battle with dementia.
Visiting hours will be held at Dolby Blais Segee Funeral Home, 434 River Rd., in Windham, 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2.
