Philip “Chip” Edward Stultz Jr.

FALMOUTH – Philip “Chip” Edward Stultz, Jr. was 78 years old when he passed on June 16, 2025 at Gosnell House in Scarborough after a long battle with cancer. He was born on March 3, 1947, in Maine. His parents were Philip Edward Stultz, Sr. and Orra Elizabeth Stultz.

Chip graduated from Westbrook High School in 1965 and then from Jamestown College in 1969 where he met his wife, Janice Jean Stultz. He served in the Navy for eight years and was incredibly proud of his service. He then worked at his family business, Stultz Electric. He cared deeply and was a faithful servant to the Lord, often praying for others. He could often be found on his tractor or in his truck, working on some sort of project, or eating a donut or two.

He is survived by his two children, daughter Marney Ostrowski and her husband Paul Miller, son Brandon Stultz and his wife Heather Stultz; his grandchildren Aaron Miller and Lia Stultz; his sister Debbie Kirch; along with many nieces and nephews.

His family thanks Gosnell House and their hospice crew for his outstanding care.

His celebration of life will be held at South Portland Church of the Nazarene on June 28 at 2 p.m.
