TOPSHAM – Tara Lelsie Siatras, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Born in Brunswick on Jan. 4, 1969, to John and Suzanne Siatras, Tara grew up with a love for the Maine wilderness. She was an avid hiker and particularly loved Mt. Katahdin.

Tara went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in hospitality, and later went on to become a promotional products specialist at Gieger.

Tara was predeceased by her sister, Tami Lynne Siatras. She is survived by her parents, John and Sue Siatras of Brunswick, as well as her brother, T.J. Siatras (Cheri) of Brunswick, and a niece, Danika Siatras of Brunswick.

If you ever met Tara, you know she was at her happiest when she could be outside in the great Maine wilderness. Hiking, hunting, and fishing were the food of her soul. In this spirit, we ask that to honor her memory, when you next find yourself enjoying nature’s glory – whether it’s the magic of a sunrise, the accomplishment of scaling a peak, or as simple as enjoying the kiss of the breeze and the sun on your face – pause and send up a prayer.
