Kennebunk Free Library announced that its summer reading program is coming. This year’s theme is Level Up At Your Library, and all ages are welcome to participate. Kids and teens can fill out a summer reading bingo card or game board and earn raffle tickets for cool prizes. All ages will be eligible to enter a raffle in their age group.

The summer reading program will run from June 23 to Aug. 16 with a Kickoff Carnival on June 24.
Kennebunk Free Library’s first-ever Summer Reading Kickoff Carnival is scheduled for June 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. This year’s summer reading theme, Level Up At Your Library, is all about games. The library will host a summer reading program featuring carnival treats, crafts, activities and games.
Participants can try their luck at the duck pond, test their skill at the hula hoop toss, and more. Those who sign up for the summer reading program take home a free book. Participants 10 years or older can stop by the teen booth to sign up for the teen program and pick up a free book.
