While her children were young, Marilyn was a skilled homemaker. In 1978, she returned to work and held several positions at Unum, primarily in the Legal Department, until retiring in 1993. Marilyn enjoyed family, friends, and was a master of many crafts.
Special thanks to Jay Dodge and “Brother“ Bob Van Der Meiren who helped Marilyn stay in her beloved home by faithfully shoveling, taking out the trash, and plowing. The family appreciates all you did. You meant a lot to her.
The family is grateful for the support provided by Northern Lights Hospice, especially from her nurse, Haley Davis, and CNAs, Tammy Ingraham and Steff Allen.
