Stephanie Ann Libby
SACO – Stephanie Ann Libby, 50, of Saco Maine. passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Feb. 1, 2025.
Stephanie was born on April 28, 1974, in Biddeford to Deborah and Jeffrey Rumery. She spent her teenage years at Camp Ellis where she met her husband to be, Justin. She was a dedicated wife and mother. Stephanie and Justin had one daughter, Brittany, who she adored and spoiled. Stephanie loved spending quality time with their family, especially at their family cabin on a lake in Raymond during the summers. She also enjoyed their trips to Biddeford Pool together. She loved being near the water.
Stephanie was an amazing homemaker and even worked side by side with her husband sealcoating driveways. She was a strong, beautiful woman. Stephanie loved her pet miniature dachshund, Gracie, whom she got to spend 16 wonderful years with. Stephanie loved the holidays and seeing family, especially her two brothers, Shawn and Jeffrey. Stephanie was vivacious, passionate, and tough. She never feared to be who she was, and she radiated confidence. She will be greatly missed by all who were honored to know her.
Stephanie is survived by her husband Justin Libby; one daughter Brittney Libby; her grandchildren Derick Dorais and Tatiana McKinnon; her mother and father Deborah and Jeffrey Rumery; two brothers Shawn Rumery and his wife Melissa, Jeffrey Ackerman and his wife Jenifer; several nieces and one nephew; and mother-in-law Cheryl Libby.
A memorial service will be held Saturday April 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St, Saco.
