Carol Ann LaFreniere
SCARBOROUGH – Carol Ann LaFreniere, 88, of Scarborough, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a cherished member of the Scarborough community.
She was born Aug. 14, 1936, in Bar Harbor, to Alford and Ethel Vigue.
She is survived by her three children, David Penney, Rick Penney, and Cindy Wade; her grandchildren Troy Cummings, Jessica Beliveau, Alicia McDonald, Brandis Brown; and all her great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday April 4, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Hobbs Funeral Home, 671 US Route 1, Scarborough. Service to follow immediately at 11 a.m. at the same location. All are welcome for the burial at Brooklawn Memorial Park in Portland at 12 p.m. on the same day.
