Annual Wellness Fair hosted by Age Friendly Saco takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Thornton Academy atrium at 438 Main St., Saco. This is a free event open to the community. There will be seminars; flu and COVID vaccine shots; a vendor fair; free coffee and doughnuts; as well as a free lunch. The program is free but attendees must register by calling 207-710-5029.

First Parish Bean Suppah, 5 to 6:30 p.m., First Parish Congregational Church, 12 Beach St., Saco. Come enjoy an old fashioned New England Bean Suppah along with some great fellowship. Holiday Craft Fair, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Biddeford High School – Tiger Gym, 20 Maplewood Ave., Biddeford. Join over 40 local crafters and vendors.

Christmas Craft Fair/ Silent Auction, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Cornerstone United Methodist Church, 20 Jenkins Road, Saco. There will be lots of crafters, white elephant table,, food table,  and a luncheon. A Silent Auction is added this year with lots to bid on, such as: autographed Boston Bruins photo, gift cards to restaurants, gift baskets, paintings and much more.

Sew What?! Fiber Arts Gathering, 5 to 7 p.m., The Art Certificate Program: TACP, 148 Main St., Suite 101, Biddeford. The bi-weekly meet up of local fiber artists to work on their individual projects, just hang out and chat, get support from peers, work collaboratively, and more.

York County Republican Committee will meet  at Alfred Town Hall, 16 Saco Road. Doors open 6 p.m.; business meeting 6:30 to 8 p.m. Members are asked to bring a gift for the kickoff of the annual Toys for Tots drive and some non-perishable food for donation to the local food pantry for Thanksgiving. Public breakfast, at AMVETS Post 1, 147 Alfred St., Biddeford; from 8 to 11a.m. Every breakfast is made to order then served to your table or packaged to go. Proceeds from this breakfast will be donated to Biddeford Toys for Tots. Additionally, the public is invited to bring and donate new toys in original wrappers.
