I don’t know what kind of president Kamala Harris will make. I know the kind of president Donald Trump will make. From lauding brutal dictator Vladimir Putin to belittling John McCain, this man has no sense of decency or honor.
He lied about the election results then incited his followers to prevent the counting of the electoral votes, resulting in injury and death to law enforcement officers and one of the rioters. But most egregious was his downplaying the seriousness of the COVID-19 virus, which killed over a million Americans.
How can we trust a man who lies, denigrates heroes, praises dictators, incites an insurrection and holds the lives of his fellow citizens so lightly?
How Vice President Harris will lead the nation is an open question. But I would rather have a former attorney general, with compassion, than a convicted felon with no empathy as president.
