Gray library

Join the Gray Public Library on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 10:30 a.m. for a family Halloween party. Costumes are encouraged. The event is free and open to all, no sign-up required. American Legion
Trunk or Treat

American Legion Post 86, located at 15 Lewiston Road in Gray, will be hosting a Trunk or Treat event for the local community. The event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 3 to 7 p.m. There will be pumpkin painting and a firepit where folks can make s’mores. This event is open to the public and all are invited to attend in a Halloween costume.

Billiard table
auction for charity

American Legion Post 86 is auctioning its billiard table to raise money in support of the Mission Working Dogs charity. Mission Working Dogs, based in Oxford, provides service, therapy and comfort dogs to community members with disabilities. To raise money for the cause, the American Legion is accepting bids on a billiards table through Thursday, Oct. 31, at 7 p.m. The winning bidder is required to remove the table by Nov. 3 at 2:30 p.m. The minimum opening bid $400. Saturday night
church supper

First Congregational Church of Gray will hold a church supper 0n Saturday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m. at the parish house at 5 Brown St. The building is wheelchair accessible. Meals are single-sized and $10 each, paid at the door. The menu includes casseroles, salads, baked pea and red kidney beans, red hot dogs, bread, an assortment of desserts and beverages.
