Hires, promotions, appointments
Cassie Cooper was promoted to associate director at OUT Maine. Cooper joined in the summer of 2023 and was previously school engagement coordinator and helped spearhead the new GSTA Network program for schools to host clubs for LGBTQ+ youth and allies.
University Credit Union hired Mandy Austin as vice president of finance. She has over two decades of financial management experience, most recently as director of administration at Bison Transport USA, formerly Hartt Transportation Systems.
Keller Williams Realty Greater Portland had 14 new associates join the company: Pamela Bellini, Lynsey Bray, Merritt Carey, Sierra Curtis, Tom DiMenna, Darrin Dionne, Jennifer Dorsey, Paige Fahey, Jared Hughes, Heather Keast, Melanie Morse, Keith Plourd, David Poirier and Ashley Sanborn.
Giving back
The seventh annual autumn equinox party at Maine Audubon, hosted by Portside Real Estate Group and the Portside Foundation, raised over $20,000 for the Audubon.
