A Gray man died Sunday after crashing his car on Yarmouth Road, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said.

Arnold Harmon, 84, was driving his Ford Mustang on Yarmouth Road in Gray just after 1 p.m. when the vehicle left the road and rolled onto its roof. He was trapped in the car and had to be extricated by first responders, police said.

Harmon was wearing a seat belt. The sheriff’s office reconstruction unit is investigating whether speed and a possible medical event contributed to the crash.

The Yarmouth Fire Department assisted at the scene.
