Kathleen Ann Creighton

FALMOUTH – Kathleen Ann (O’Donnell) Creighton, a.k.a. “Kath” “Grammy” “G-ma” “Auntie” “Mom” “Ma” and “Mum”, would like to let you know that her work here on Earth is done.

She received a call from the big guy himself- you see, they could use a soul as beautiful as hers up there. There’s work to be done and she’s the perfect person for the job. This new role of hers will include playing with children, brightening the lives of perfect strangers and gardening .. music, laughter and love are a guarantee – but first; a reunion with loved ones that have been long missed including her father who has walked beside her throughout her life, though he died when she was just an infant.

We want her to know that she did a great job- her children and grandchildren have received the best of her and her spirit will live in us forever. We will be OK because she taught us how to be a strong family, one that can weather any storm, including this one.

We will remember her for the beautiful smile that she gave so freely and her charismatic personality- her energy and her zest for life, her kindness, her humor and her stunning flower gardens. We will remember her as the best Grammy and Mom, the beloved middle sister of Irish triplets, and to her husband, a wonderful wife and best friend. Most importantly, we will remember her unwavering love for Jesus.

She loved very hard all her life, up until the very end. She made a difference in the lives of many and is leaving this world better than she found it. If she could, she would ask you not to be sad for her and assure you (with her favorite statement) that, “All is Well.”

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 28, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. at 48 Pleasant Hill Rd. in Falmouth. A private burial will be held at a later date.
