Matt Sturgis was honored for his 25 years of service to Cape Elizabeth, including seven as town manager, at a celebration on Monday. Family, friends and colleagues gathered at the Purpoodock Club where Sturgis received a number of gifts. Dozens of those he worked with contributed to a 26-minute video tribute to his time in Cape Elizabeth. Sturgis’ last day was Wednesday.
