Timothy Pennell

JENKINTOWN, Pa. – Timothy Pennell, 75, died on Sept. 7, 2023, at Abington Memorial Hospital. Tim was born on Jan. 18, 1948, in Portland, Maine, to Idella Proctor of South Casco, Maine and Theophilus Pennell of Portland.

Dedicated and hardworking, Tim worked multiple jobs throughout his life (eg, at Saunders Brothers dowel mill in Westbrook, Valle’s Steakhouse in Westbrook, and at Falmouth by the Sea in Falmouth) to provide for his family, whom he loved unconditionally. Gregarious and charming, Tim made friends wherever he went, including this past year at Rydal Park in Jenkintown, Pa.

Tim was predeceased by his wife, Judy Tounge; and son, Scott Tounge. He is survived by his son, Brett Tounge; granddaughter, Niamh Stull of Philadelphia, Pa.
