FALMOUTH – Thomas B. Vail Jr., 87, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023.

Family and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Friday, Sept. 29 from 10-11:30 a.m. at Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland. A funeral service at the funeral home will follow at 11:30 a.m. followed by a committal service at Evergreen Cemetery, Stevens Avenue, Portland.
