PROMOTIONS

Nick Lucas has been promoted to partner at The Boulos Co.’s Portland office. Lucas initially joined the company as a broker in 2017.

Diane Donaldson has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial banking team lead (York and Cumberland counties) at Bangor Savings Bank. Donaldson joined the bank in 2008 and, overall, has over 30 years of banking experience. She serves on the board of directors for Sweetser and 75 State Street and on committees with Avesta Housing and Genesis Loan Fund.

Jarrod Guimond has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial banking team lead (Northern Maine) at Bangor Savings Bank. Guimond  joined the bank in 2001 as a branch teller. He holds an MBA from Husson University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Southern Maine.

Laura Huddy has been promoted to senior vice president, director of commercial credit and portfolio management at Bangor Savings Bank. Since joining the bank in 2008, Huddy has held multiple roles within the Commercial Banking department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine.

NEW HIRES

Sara Southard, an advanced nurse practitioner, has been hired by Northern Light Mercy Gastroenterology. Prior to joining Mercy Hospital, Southard worked in thoracic surgery at Maine Medical Center after working for over 13 years in vascular and colorectal surgery departments at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Aloysius Rho, MD, has been hired by Northern Light Mercy Gastroenterology. He has over 20 years of experience as a gastroenterologist.

Andrew Hsu, MD, has been hired by Northern Light Mercy Gastroenterology. Hsu has a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and a biochemistry and molecular biology bachelor’s degree from Brown University.

Andrew Goodwin has been hired by Norway Savings Bank as senior vice president and CIO. Goodwin has more than 25 years of IT and executive leadership experience. He also has CIO certification with the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives.

Alexia Fornaro has been hired by Malone Commercial Brokers.  She graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a degree in early childhood special education and worked in financial administration at an international corporation.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Lisa Brislin, a financial adviser with Hughes Wealth Advisors, recently obtained the Certified Financial Planner certification. Brislin graduated from Husson University with a degree in business administration. She has 23 years of experience in the financial services industry.
