Stay on dry land while you enjoy the Tony Award-winning musical “Titanic,” presented by Maine State Music Theatre. In 1912, the passenger liner RMS Titanic sank on its way to New York and claimed the lives of 1,517 passengers and crew. In the musical version, the true story is woven around imagined narratives, with the ship – thought to be unsinkable – as the star. Musical numbers include “To Be A Captain,” “No Moon,” “To The Lifeboats” and “We’ll Meet Tomorrow.”

Here’s a wonderful opportunity to see pairings of artwork with floral sculptures. The annual Art in Bloom will feature up to 15 gorgeous floral sculptures made by local garden clubs, professional florists and independent floral designers. Each arrangement will use only organic materials, like seed pods and driftwood, and will be designed to complement a piece of art. There’s also a garden reception at 3 p.m. Sunday, with drinks and light fare. Tickets are $20.

Celebrated playwright Neil Simon wrote the comedy “Rumors” in 1988, and it debuted on Broadway the following year. Here’s a chance to see a local version of the farce in Bath. The story centers around a dinner party and what happens in the aftermath of a self-inflicted injury. Things spiral out of control as guests start to speculate and scramble during what was supposed to be the host couple’s 10th anniversary gathering. When the police get involved, things get even crazier – and more hilarious. Grab tickets for an evening performance or the Sunday matinee.

Bonjour! During the 40th anniversary of the La Kermesse Franco-Americaine Heritage Festival in Biddeford, there will be plenty of ways to be entertained. The live music schedule includes Don Campbell Band, The Masterstroke Queen Experience and Va-et-Vient, among several others. A snapshot of other events includes a car show, crepe breakfast, Axe Women Loggers lumberjill show, Legion Laser Tag, and bean supper. Don’t miss the fireworks happening at 9:30 p.m. Saturday.
