Josh Sparks from Sparks’ Ark will be the featured guest at Scarborough Public Library’s Summer Learning 2023 Kick-Off on Wednesday, June 21.
Sparks will bring animals to the event and share stories of animal rescue.
The kick-off will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wentworth School auditorium.
