WINDHAM – Russell A. Levine, 62, of Windham, passed away on May 5, 2023.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday, May 19 at Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland, where a celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a burial at Brooklawn Memorial Park.

In honor of Chips love for classic cars and at the request of his children, if you own a classic car please have it in attendance, while we give Chip one last show to his final resting place.
