Georgean D. Draves

VENICE, Fla. – Georgean D. Draves, 84, of Venice, Fla., passed away on April 2, 2023.

She was born on Jan. 9, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Venice, Fla. from Gray. She was a secretary and administrator in the healthcare industry for many years.

Georgean is survived by her husband, Ralph W. Draves of Venice, Fla.; two sons, David Draves of Seattle, Wash. and Warren Draves of Brunswick.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Hanf, her mother, Theresa Hanf; and her two sisters, LaVerne Taylor and Connie Grudzinski.

A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 6 at Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Fla. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice, Fla. with inurnment to follow in the church’s memorial garden.
