March is a brutal month in Maine, but here’s a guaranteed way to put a smile on your face while getting in some restorative stretches. Local instructor Ashley Flowers leads goat yoga sessions at Smiling Hill Farm, and you’re highly encouraged to snuggle with mama goats and their babies in a large, outdoor pen (or an open-air structure in case of bad weather). The animals are also game for selfies, and the classes are beginner level, so all are welcome. If you can’t make it Saturday, there will be many more chances, as the classes happen year-round.
