The Falmouth Conservation Commission has launched an initiative to eliminate single-use, non-essential plastics that end up as waste.
The commission plans to hold a forum for those interested in becoming involved in the plastics reduction initiative, but until then, residents who would like to sign on can contact the commission through falmouthme.org.
