Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy and his Republican colleagues want to cut aid to Ukraine. In an article in the Feb. 27 Portland Press Herald, House Republican Rep. Michael McCaul, a member of the House Foreign Relations Committee, chastised President Biden for not sending F-16s to Ukraine.

What’s the correct answer? This is a perfect example of inconsistent messaging from Republicans.
