Mechanic Falls-based singer-songwriter Toby McAllister is putting out the album “Autumn Skies” on March 1 and the first single, “Headlights & Fireflies” was released this week.
If his name rings a bell it may be because he’s a longtime member of the rock band Sparks the Rescue.
As a solo artist he released the EP “Daydreamin’ in 2021 as well as the track “Face the Days.”
You can see McAllister and his band The Sierra Sounds opening for the Jimmy Kenny & The Pirate Beach Band on Feb. 18.
“Headlights & Fireflies” is an alt.country rocker with a pop thread running through it. The next single “Aligned” will be out on Feb. 22.
