Hires, promotions, appointments
Jamie Taylor has been hired at OceanView at Falmouth as program manager for its Legacy Memory Care Community. Previously, Taylor worked as a director at Mount Saint Joseph in Waterville, providing care for assisted living, nursing and geriatric mental health care units. Prior to that, she spent 18 years working as a team leader of a youth development program in Florida.
Rachael L. Billings and Andrew B. Livingston have been hired as senior wealth advisors for Camden National Wealth Management at the Portland office.
Scott DeLong, Chris Knight and Kijana Plenderleith have been hired Preti Flaherty law firm associates at the Portland office.

The Maine Children’s Alliance has announced the winners of its Giraffe Awards, honoring community members who “stick out their necks” for Maine children and families. Bernstein Shur received the Business Award; Sen. Cathy Breen, D-Cumberland, Legislator Award; Charles Mugabe, program co-director of Refugee and Immigration Services at Catholic Charities of Maine, Emerging Leader Award; Maine School Nutrition Association, Organization Award; Spencer McCormick, Calais Skatepark Committee volunteer, Individual Award; and Zubeyda Shute of the Young People’s Caucus, Youth Award.
