We are thankful that the reports of active school shooters across Maine were only a horrible hoax. We are grateful for the prompt and professional response from law enforcement, first medical responders, school administrators and teachers. We are strengthened by the love and support shared by students, parents, families and communities in the face of fear and uncertainty.
