
Biddeford police are trying to identify a driver whose vehicle struck a 13-year-old girl who was crossing Main Street on Friday.
The girl was using a marked crosswalk on the Biddeford side of the Main Street bridge.
The vehicle hit her around 10 p.m. and left without stopping or rendering aid, according to police.
The girl was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland and treated for injuries.
Police are asking any witnesses, or anyone who recognizes the vehicle, to contact them at 207-282-5127.
