Police are asking for help locating a Portland man who has not been seen since Friday morning.

Samuel Mugisha, 21, was last seen leaving his home at 246 Auburn St. around 8 a.m. on Nov. 4. Mugisha was on foot at the time, police said in a release. He was wearing a brown khaki hooded sweatshirt, brown khaki pants and brown leather dress shoes.
Mugisha is a black male, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, and weighs about 200 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, with facial hair on his chin.
Mugisha experiences episodes of severe anxiety, a condition that makes him unable to communicate verbally, police said. He has been known to walk from his home in Portland to a family member’s home in Westbrook.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is being asked to contact Portland police at (207) 874-8575.
