I have known Amy Kuhn for over 20 years and have always admired her deeply rooted commitment to community. As a Falmouth Town Council member and chairwoman, she has worked tirelessly to represent all of her constituents and to tackles issues – the momentous and the everyday – head on. She consistently does the homework, shows up, and gets to work. Her leadership in Falmouth has yielded a stronger, more unified and engaged community.
And while there is always conflict at every level of government, Amy’s pragmatic, open-minded and collaborative approach has been immensely beneficial for Falmouth’s present and future, and she will make an excellent state representative for District 111.
I will enthusiastically be voting for Amy Kuhn on Nov. 8.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
