Albert Philip Mercier
WESTBROOK / BANGOR – Albert Philip Mercier, 78, passed away on Oct. 7, 2022. He was born in Westbrook on May 21, 1944, the son of Levie and Delia Mercier.
Albert served in the Marine Corps and worked as a mill wright at S.D. Warren. Albert enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, waterskiing, knee boarding, gardening, and camping. He also enjoyed word searches and time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters Tonya Mercier of Colorado, and Sage I. Skye of Wisconsin, stepdaughters Christina and husband, Chris Charles, Crystal Johnson, Jessica and husband, Jojo Thorne; sisters-in-law Sue and Cliff Plummer, III of Windham, Darlene and Tom Thurlow of Windham, Cheryl and Brian Hall of Buxton, and Lisa Gray of Portland, brothers-in-law Ernie Johnson of Scarborough and Tex Johnson of Portland; aunt, Mina Preston; ex-wife, Kim Mercier; and 10 grandchildren.
