A public hearing on major subdivision approval for Deacon Hayes Commons will begin at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, at Wescustogo Hall & Community Center in North Yarmouth.
According to the final site plan application, the project at Walnut Hill Road (Route 115) and Parsonage Road will include four, two-story townhouses on a 2.24-acre parcel in the Village Center District. A house and barn now on the land would be demolished.
If approved, construction is scheduled to begin before fall.
