Blaisdell Jr., 78, of Portland, passed away on July 8, 2022, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.Owen is survived by his wife, Marsha Emery Blaisdell, son Jeffrey Blaisdell, and daughter Karen Blaisdell Faiman.
