BIDDEFORD — Margaret “Peggy” (Hallczuk) Minihan, 74, of Biddeford, died peacefully at home Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
Born in Biddeford to Thelma (Broad) and Michael Hallczuk on March 17, 1947, Peggy spent most of her life on the Mountain Road where she was born and raised.
For many years she was employed by Old Colony Gas and Gibb’s Oil where customers adored her for her joyful and caring personality. Her laughter and optimism were contagious to those around her.
Peggy is predeceased by her son, Brian Henri, and her sister, Sharon Tarbox.
She leaves behind her husband of 20 years, Joseph P. Minihan, her son Allan Henri and his wife Jacqueline, step-sons Jeffrey Minihan and his wife Tiffany and Christopher Minihan and his wife Melissa, and step-daughter Carroll Minihan. She also leaves behind her siblings; Michael Hallczuk, Diane Smith, Susan Mosher, Lynn Tillson, Frank Hallzuk, and Ryan Hallczuk, seven grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
A private family gathering celebrating her life will be held at a later date.
