Falmouth Memorial Library is reopening to the public Saturdays, effective March 5.
Due to COVID-related staff shortages, the library had to pause its Saturday service in January and February. Pending any more COVID-related absences or inclement weather, Saturdays are here to stay.
To make up for closing on Saturdays, the library had extended its hours on Mondays to 7 p.m., but will now return to closing at 5 p.m. The hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; doors are open until 7 p.m. Wednesdays.
