
LEWISTON — A Litchfield man died after his car crashed Friday morning on Sabattus Street.
Joseph Ridley, 36, of Litchfield was transported to Central Maine Medical Center and pronounced dead, according to a statement Friday afternoon from Lt. Derrick St. Laurent, Lewiston Police Department public information officer.
The Lewiston Police Department’s Accident Reconstruction Team investigated the crash scene at 1140 Sabattus St. — near Golder Road, according to Laurent’s statement. Anyone who may have witnessed this accident is asked to contact the Lewiston Police Department at 207-513-3001, extension 3324.
