RhondaLyn “Rhonda” Joan Bolduc
LEESBURG, Fla. – RhondaLyn “Rhonda” Joan Bolduc, 73, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Nov. 15, 2020, at VITAS Suites at Edgewater at Waterman Village Hospice.
RhondaLyn was born on August 26, 1947, in Portland, the daughter of Gerald and Mabel Hicks. Rhonda graduated high school from Yarmouth.
She became a mother and while bringing up her kids she also worked in as a secretary, Cashier/meat department at Shaw’s, laundry room at Falmouth By the Sea, admin at Hannaford warehouse, and retired from working in the secretary’s office at Greely High School.
Soon after Rhonda retired, she started spending the winters in at the Plantation in Leesburg, Fla. with her best friend and husband, Philip R. Bolduc. After Philip passed away on August 8, 2016, she became a full time resident. Rhonda loved to spend her time taking car/cart trips and going to the casino with family and friends.
She is survived by her two children, R. Scott Hamilton, Nicole (Hamilton) Cyr from Falmouth, who are now living in Florida; stepchildren Amy Bolduc of Yarmouth, and Kevin Bolduc and his wife Michele Brown of North Yarmouth; 11 grandchildren; her brother, Tony Hicks of Leesburg Fla., her sisters Joyce Witham and husband Dirk of Cape Elizabeth, Barbara Freeman of Gray; and several nieces and nephews.
Join us for an informal graveside ceremony for Phil and Rhonda Bolduc on Saturday, June 5 at 10 a.m. at Moss Side Cemetery, Main Street, Cumberland.
